Your conversation messages with the AI are processed to generate a response in real time and are not saved as part of your profile. The app indicates that chats are not stored.
To deliver the Service we use trusted third-party providers, including cloud hosting and database providers, an AI model provider that processes your prompt to generate a reading, and a payment gateway that processes wallet top-ups. These providers process information only to perform their function for us. Payment card, UPI, and banking credentials are entered directly with the payment gateway and are never collected or stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, or where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and secured sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account information (email, phone, birth details, wallet) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at info@gaurishaastro.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deleting your account may forfeit any remaining wallet balance, which is non-refundable.
